Returns & exchanges — the honest made-to-order policy
A made-to-order garment is cut for one man's measurements, so it can't go back on a rack. Our policy:
- Fit issues: if the garment doesn't match the measurements we confirmed together, we alter or remake it — that's on us. [CONFIRM this is the policy you'll honor.]
